LEGAL POLICY

Our listings may contain product photographs, descriptions, mileage, condition details, transmission codes, part numbers, pricing and general compatibility information. This material is intended to assist customers in evaluating available merchandise. We may update or correct mistakes related to product details, specifications, inventory or pricing whenever an error is discovered.

Final fitment verification is the customer’s responsibility. Before ordering, confirm the vehicle’s year, make, model, engine, drivetrain, production date, transmission code, part number and VIN. Two transmissions may look the same while having different connectors, electronics, internal ratios, software or programming requirements.

We do not accept responsibility for fitment or operating problems caused by inaccurate vehicle details, prior repairs, aftermarket changes, drivetrain conversions or the selection of an incompatible product. Supplying a VIN may help with identification, but it does not remove the customer’s obligation to verify all applicable codes and part numbers.

Every transmission and related component must be thoroughly inspected before installation. Installation should only be completed by a qualified transmission technician following the procedures specified by the vehicle or component manufacturer. This includes using the required fluid, replacing applicable seals and filters, cleaning or servicing the cooler and cooler lines, inspecting the torque converter, completing necessary programming and performing all required relearn procedures.

Coverage does not extend to problems or failures caused by improper installation, contaminated fluid, restricted or dirty cooler lines, overheating, incorrect programming, electrical faults, abuse, racing, heavy towing, vehicle modifications or insufficient maintenance.

Unless different terms are stated in the product listing or a separate written agreement, each item is sold according to its advertised description. Used merchandise may contain normal cosmetic marks or other evidence of previous use. Any warranty offered by a manufacturer, rebuilder or remanufacturer is administered exclusively under that provider’s terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses connected to the purchase or use of a product. Examples include installation labor, diagnostic charges, towing, vehicle storage, rental expenses, missed work, lost income, lost time or damage involving other vehicle parts.
